About the Founder
Meet Lilia, the heart and soul behind Lilia's Canvas Design Studio, an ardent lover of life and strong believer in the uniqueness of each individual.
From the moment she could grasp a pencil, art and design were her companions. These passions shaped her life's path, forging a journey that led her from the bustling streets of Beirut to the creative heartbeat of San Francisco.
With a Bachelors's degree in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut and a Masters in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts, her academic determination set the stage for a thriving career leading her to land her dream job at IDEO San Francisco. Lilia worked as a design consultant for four years, delivering more than 27 projects and building connections with over 20 clients, including some tech giants like Google, Facebook, Ford Motor Company, Hulu, and Medtronic.
Lilia's not just about success; she's about heart. Her commitment to excellence, passion for her craft, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail set her apart from the crowd. Alongside her design journey, she’s had the pleasure of contributing to the design community by teaching a User Experience Design class at the Lebanese American University, and mentoring aspiring designers on ADPList.org. Her dedication to guiding the next generation of designers earned her the title of "Top 1% Mentor" on ADPList for eight consecutive months in 2023.

Over the course of her professional career, each project and connection enriched Lilia’s skills, fueling her ambition to create something of her own.
When she found herself meticulously planning, designing, and executing every detail of her own wedding in May 2023, the seeds of this creative studio began to sprout. Guests were so enamored by the incredible attention to detail that the call to make this a business became impossible to ignore.
Encouraged by the admiration of her guests, friends, design mentors, and colleagues, Lilia took the plunge, turning that spark into the business it is today.

With his skills in 3D printing and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering, even the most complex design dreams are made tangible. Adding to this robust collaboration is Lilia's expansive network of gifted individuals, gathered throughout her professional career.
